If the divorce contains minor children, only one of the parties can be the primary caregiver. Child Support is required and must be the amount established by the State of Georgia through the Child Support Guidelines. The parties must also agree on this for their divorce to be uncontested.

Payment plan prices for uncontested divorces are $100 down to start for a total of $600 plus filing fee for divorce with no minor children and $100 down to start for a total of $1200 plus filing fee for divorces with minor children.

Should you desire a deviated child support amount which is different than the state required guidelines, there is an additional fee for that service. If your uncontested divorce requires a deed to divide up real estate or you need a 401(k) or pension plan divided with a qualified domestic relations order, we offer both of those services at an additional price. Also, a court appearance is usually not required for an uncontested divorce, if a court apeparance is required there is an additional fee for that service.
